For over 50 years, Fratello has been owned and operated in Canada and our Calgary, Alberta based roastery is our coffee’s final testing ground. How do I get the 10% coffee subscriber discount on my coffee order?

The 10% discount will be automatically applied to your order when you select ‘subscribe,’ at checkout.

What if I’d like to order coffee or tea wholesale?

We love this question. For those who are looking to place larger orders of $250 CAD or more, of coffee, tea or chai concentrate we also offer volume discounts. What is the minimum coffee order threshold in order to get free shipping?

Minimum order sizes that are required to qualify for free shipping vary by Canadian location. 

  • Western Canada: Enjoy free shipping on orders above $40.
  • Eastern Canada: Free shipping on orders above $60. 
  • Territories & Newfoundland: Receive free shipping on orders above $80.
What is the shipping cost if the minimum order is not met?

Shipping costs will vary based on location. Your exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout, however, you may use the following as a guideline:

  • Western Canada: $10 shipping on orders below $40.
  • Eastern Canada: $15 shipping on orders below $60.
  • Territories & Newfoundland: $20 shipping on orders below $80.
Can I subscribe to Fratello’s Nespresso compatible coffee pods?

Absolutely! Coffee pods are an option for subscribers.

Can I subscribe to tea or other products as well?

Yes, tea is also available for subscription.

How do I pause my coffee order?

To pause your coffee order at any time,  simply click on the icon to login to your account on our website. A window that says "Manage Subscriptions" will appear, where you can pause your order.

How do I cancel my coffee subscription?

To cancel your coffee subscription, simply click on the icon to login to your account on our website (i.e. the person icon that appears next to the search bar). A window that says "Manage Subscriptions" will appear, where you can select to cancel your subscription.

How do I change the frequency of my deliveries?

To change the frequency of your deliveries, simply click on the icon to login to your account on our website (i.e. the person icon that appears next to the search bar). A window that says "Manage Subscriptions" will appear, where you can select to change the frequency of your deliveries.
