Is your coffee Canadian?

Absolutely. Fratello is a Calgary-based Canadian coffee roaster with over 50 years of experience. We roast all our beans locally and source them directly from ethical farming partners around the world. Learn more on our about us  page.

How do I get the 10% coffee subscriber discount on my coffee order?

When you choose “Subscribe” at checkout, your 10% discount is automatically applied to each recurring order.

What if I’d like to order coffee or tea wholesale?

We offer Wholesale Coffee & Tea Orders for larger purchases ($250+ CAD). Contact us at info@fratellocoffee.com or call 1-800-465-7227 for details.

What is the minimum coffee order threshold in order to get free shipping?

Minimum order sizes that are required to qualify for free shipping vary by Canadian location. 

  • Western Canada: Enjoy free shipping on orders above $40.
  • Eastern Canada: Free shipping on orders above $60. 
  • Territories & Newfoundland: Receive free shipping on orders above $80.
What is the shipping cost if the minimum order is not met?

Shipping costs will vary based on location. Your exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout, however, you may use the following as a guideline:

  • Western Canada: $10 shipping on orders below $40.
  • Eastern Canada: $15 shipping on orders below $60.
  • Territories & Newfoundland: $20 shipping on orders below $80.
Can I subscribe to Fratello’s Nespresso compatible coffee pods?

Yes — Nespresso® compatible coffee pods are available through our Canadian coffee subscription.

Can I subscribe to tea or other products as well?

Yes, you can also subscribe to our full line of loose-leaf teas and chai concentrate.

How do I manage, pause, or cancel my subscription?

Login to your account by clicking the person icon at the top of our website. Select “Manage Subscriptions” to pause, cancel, or change your order frequency anytime.

There was a problem with the coffee I received, who do I talk to?

Please email info@fratellocoffee.com and our Calgary-based team will make it right.

Are coffee subscriptions available for distributors/do you offer volume discounts?

For volume or recurring supply, check out our Wholesale Program and enjoy special pricing on direct trade coffee and tea.

I live outside of Canada. Can I subscribe?

Unfortunately, we only offer coffee subscriptions within Canada at this time.
