The rooibos is from South Africa near the Cederberg mountains. Originally, it was just a farm but over time they added a processing facility to help maintain the quality of the product as it moved through production. The color and aroma is exceptional! The berries are freeze dried in Eastern Europe. The berries are carefully grown by the supplier and then dried.
Berries require an extra level of quality testing because of the sugar, so these are double tested when we import them.
