Fratello Coffee Roasters Return Policy: Your Satisfaction Matters

Our Commitment:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to report any issues.

What We Can Replace:

  1. Wrong product or grind.
  2. Damaged during delivery.
  3. Quality not up to our usual standards.

What We Can't Take Back:

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, we generally can't accept returns on these items.

If There's a Problem:

If your order falls short in any of the above categories, get in touch with us as soon as possible after receiving your purchase.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Reach Out: To start the process, email us at info@fratellocoffee.com or call our office at 403-265-2112.
  2. Approval: After we review your case, we'll let you know the next steps.
  3. Shipping: If we need the item back, we'll take care of the shipping cost for items that are eligible for replacement.
  4. Making It Right: Once we've received and reviewed any returned items, we'll send out your replacement.
