Bakery Production Supervisor-Corbeaux Bakery – Calgary, AB

At Fratello Coffee group, our mission is to bring people together around a remarkable coffee experience and nourishing food. We created Analog cafés and Corbeaux bakery to achieve this goal.
We are ingredient driven and make everything from scratch with traditional methods in our artisan kitchen.

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Supervisor with an outstanding personality to join our team! Ideal candidates will have the following qualities:
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Passion for food, pride in the job, strong attraction to quality and excellence.
– Previous extensive experience as a hands on working supervisor in a real bakery.
– Previous experience in French style bakery and pastry production (Production from scratch)
– Strong multitasking and organization skills.

Strong common sense and adaptability.
– Availability, Flexible schedule / attitude.
– Batch cooking experience
– General Knowledge of ordering and inventory procedures.
– Desire to succeed and grow with a progressive company.
– Valid driver’s license and a car.
– Cleanliness, accuracy and professionalism.
– Strong problem solving abilities (with the understanding that things will go wrong in this industry!)

Under the direct supervision of the Bakery Manager, you will be in charge of:
– The quality control and the consistency of the production
– The production and the day to day operation of the kitchen and the team of 6 people.
– Making sure all the orders are going out with perfect products and up to standards.
– Training the team to help them achieve excellence.
