Colombian Alvaro Losada, Single Estate, Direct Trade, Micro-lot

This fully washed, 100% Caturra has a sugary and mild cinnamon aroma, extremely balanced sweetness and very clean finish allow its silky mouth feel to stand out.   We contribute the dazzling acidity to the fact that this coffee was grown at 6500 feet!!!!

This is a true competition coffee and will not last long.  This micro-lot is made up of 1300 lbs and is exclusively available here at Fratello.

This amazing coffee was purchased through CooCentral during their first micro-lot competition.  Alvaro Losada’s coffee was our top pick from the 120 micro-lots entered during this last harvest season in August 2011.
