The Chemex coffee brewer is an elegant, one-piece, hourglass shaped vessel made of high quality, heat resistant glass with glass handle.
Not only is the Chemex a beautiful brewer, it will also deliver excellent full bodied extraction of your coffee due to the funnel being made of glass (forcing all the water to flow down through the coffee unlike the Hario or Melita brewers) plus the Chemex filter.
This Chemex (model number CM-6GH) is listed as 6 cup…but really, it brews up to 30 oz of coffee.
