The Coffee: Aroma’s of citrus, with delicate flavors of lemon and orange. The tea like acidity leaves a silky mouth feel. This coffee is extremely clean and lingers on the palate.

The Cooperative: This coffee is made up from 25 small land-holders. Their farm sizes vary between 1-5 acres. The CPU (Central Pulpery Unit) was formed in 1996 and has received training in quality from both Technoserve and Kilicafe in the past. We chose this coffee for its unique flavor characteristics which are delicate and complex.
