Fratello Coffee Company is a second generation roaster owned by three brothers, who have dreamed of opening a no-holds-barred cafe for years. Now it is here!

The Slayer Espresso machine is also part of our family and is the result of going back to the drawing board and asking how we can further espresso to bring out the peak flavor potential of the amazing coffee we want serve. Slayer is a not so quiet revolution in espresso.

We are proud of the coffee we present and we are proud of every step of the process that it took to get to you. Our approach to coffee is to work as individually and personally as possible with the people growing and producing our coffee. We small batch roast our coffee and insure that when it reaches you it is prepared with care and respect for the process. We know that you will taste this care and attention in the cup.

Chemex Brewing Guide

At the moment, everyone at Fratello Coffee seems excited about brewing coffee on a Chemex.  I’m loving the body and cleanliness that the Chemex produces.  It seems to extract a syrupy mouth-feel that I always love in coffee.

As you will see, a Chemex is easy to use and is also inexpensive to buy.
