Idle Tea – Premium loose leaf tea
Introducing Fratello Coffee’s new line of loose leaf tea. IDLE TEA is dedicated to Single Origin, Unblended (other than chai), Fresh Crop tea sourced direct from gardens. We feel that tea, like coffee, is best enjoyed when it is pure. These teas are imported and bagged by Fratello Coffee Roasters. Look for these teas being served at the Fratello Analog Cafe as well as a select few other cafes in Calgary.
Rwanda COOPAC – Fair Trade
Fratello has a new coffee from Rwanda which we are excited to introduce. We have been hoping to roast a coffee from Rwanda for a few years now; however, every sample we would receive would never delight us in a way that would make us want to offer it to you. Often after careful analyzation we would find off flavors or defects which would make it impossible for us to stand behind that coffee.
