I thoroughly enjoyed it as a Seattle local. I concur with your comments. One other place that you may want to check out is Lighthouse Roasters (Fremont). Yes, they roast for Solstice, but would recommend you visit the roaster itself, which is a coffee shop converted from a turn of the century house in Freemont. Outstanding roaster and well respected as one of the best in the area. Really excellent article. I thoroughly enjoyed it as a Seattle local.
