		<description>Just found this article the other day and thoroughly enjoyed the read.  Tons of cool ideas and orginality.  The photos are also excellent and really capture the essence of the cafe in most of them.  I&#039;m hopefully getting a chance to goto Seattle in the near future and have a couple destinations on my checklist now.  Thanks for the great write-up!</description>

I concur with your comments.  One other place that you may want to check out is Lighthouse Roasters (Fremont).  Yes, they roast for Solstice, but would recommend you visit the roaster itself, which is a coffee shop converted from a turn of the century house in Freemont.  Outstanding roaster and well respected as one of the best in the area.</description>
