Well buy one then! Why don’t you get one those ‘Butterfly” machines at Espuccino with the E61 group. That thing will pull the shots you are used to and they have pretty good steam presure too. Do that - or you could always buy one of their pimped out Marzocco 3 groups!!! I bet your wife would appreciate you bringing one of those home!
